Diabond®/GeoBond® absorbs over 120% its weight in moisture, improves
conditioning, pelleting and flow through performance in feed mills.
Diabond®/GeoBond® does not bind vitamins or minerals.
What is Diabond®/GeoBond®?
Diabond®/GeoBond® is a natural Miocene Diatomaceous Clay consisting of
diatomite(65-70%) and montmorillonite(30-35%). After mining it is further
processed using an exclusive wood burning method to enhance its active
properties. The resultant product is a grey ordorless granular material which
has a density of about 40 lbs per cubic foot. Chemical composition is as
